Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in continuous professional development through supervision, consultation, and ongoing training opportunities.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients dealing with complex mental health issues.

• Monitor and evaluate client outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as appropriate.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote services and enhance understanding of mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LCSW license to practice in the state of Nevada is required.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic skills.

• Expertise in modalities such as CBT or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Experience working with male clients and the LGBTQIA+ community is preferred but not mandatory.

• Professional malpractice insurance is a must to ensure the safety and security of all parties involved.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
