Administrative Support ExecutiveProvides diversified and advanced administrative support of a confidential nature to an executive at the level of dean, associate vice president, or above. Acting with minimal supervision, the position anticipates the executive's needs, proactively solves problems, and/or independently handles issues. Functions are performed independently and with discretion.Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to the executive, managing calendars, composing correspondence, editing presentations, handling travel arrangements, serving as the executive's liaison to various constituents, monitoring and assisting with budgets, overseeing and administering the day-to-day activities of the office, coordinating projects, collecting information, conducting research, preparing materials, maintaining confidential information, and may supervise administrative staff.Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and one or more years of related experience. The proposed salary is $27.14 per hour for this non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
