Inside Sales Account Manager-Services & Support Division

Agilent seeks an Inside Sales Account Manager to sell laboratory service products to customers in California, Arizona, and Nevada. The role involves managing accounts, acquiring new customers, and growing existing contracts primarily through inside sales activities within a collaborative matrix structure.

Responsibilities

• Sell laboratory service products to assigned territory customers with analytical instruments
• Acquire new customers and retain/grow existing contract accounts
• Manage sales funnel, forecast revenue, and drive strategic growth
• Collaborate with Field Account Managers, Product Specialists, Service Delivery, and Operations teams
• Travel to customer sites as needed to develop and close significant opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent
• 1-2+ years relevant sales experience
• Past services sales experience preferred
• Account management and business development skills
• Strategic sales funnel management and forecasting ability
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Compensation: $38.44 - $64.06/hr plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility
