Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement effective treatment programs tailored to each client’s unique needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches and therapeutic modalities. This includes individual therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with community resources, public agencies, and family members to build comprehensive support networks for clients, facilitating necessary referrals to external resources as required.

• Participate actively in departmental program development by contributing insights during staff conferences to evaluate and improve treatment approaches.

• Address safety concerns by promptly reporting any critical issues to mandated reporting agencies, ensuring the welfare of all clients.

• Instruct and counsel clients and their families about therapeutic regimens, medication adherence, and expected outcomes, enhancing their understanding of the treatment process.

• Access and utilize mental health software tools for appointment scheduling, client documentation, and outcome tracking effectively.

• Conduct psychoeducational classes and groups aimed at increasing mental health literacy and providing coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are diverse, ranging from those experiencing acute crises to those managing chronic mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• A strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, or person-centered therapy.

• The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , based on experience and caseload management.
