Senior Account Manager

Owning a portfolio of Empower's largest and most complex Premier Accounts, the full-time Senior Premier Account Manager will protect revenue, expand account value, and strengthen executive relationships while working remotely in a highly regulated environment. Key responsibilities Develop strategic account plans and advance organic growth through expanded therapeutic utilization and provider adoption Build trusted partnerships with physicians and executives, leading Executive Business Reviews to provide actionable insights and recommendations Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve complex customer needs and implement sustainable solutions Required qualifications 6 to 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or strategic account management with a focus on large, complex accounts Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field preferred Proven ability to lead Executive Business Reviews and engage with senior clinical and business stakeholders Advanced knowledge of compounding pharmacy and specialty pharmacy practices Strong proficiency in Salesforce and strategic account planning
