Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator

What You'll Do

You'll help us find and connect financial advisors with opportunities that may be a great fit for them.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Researching financial advisors and financial services firms
• Making outbound calls and sending emails
• Talking with prospective candidates and learning about their goals
• Following up with advisors
• Scheduling conversations and interviews
• Maintaining candidate information in our systems
• Assisting with recruiting campaigns
• Researching companies and industry trends
• Helping with administrative and organizational tasks

You don't need recruiting or financial services experience. We'll teach you the industry and our process.

What we really need is someone comfortable talking to people, curious enough to ask questions, organized enough to follow through, and confident enough to pick up the phone.
