Most of our team have played a pivotal role scaling software startups from the ground up. We’re scrappy, resourceful, and unafraid to challenge industry giants. Tens of thousands of users worldwide rely on Planhat daily to manage over 2.6 million customers. Planhat is already a trusted partner in the IT and Telco markets, helping businesses scale operations, enhance efficiency, and realize their CX strategies. You’ll figure out pathways into billion-dollar enterprises and globally recognized brands, driving measurable wins and helping clients achieve sustainable, post-sales growth. Role impact As one of the first hires in this high-impact unit, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a team that will be central to Planhat’s next phase of growth.
