Tens of thousands of users worldwide rely on Planhat daily to manage over 2.6 million customers. Planhat is already a trusted partner in the IT and Telco markets, helping businesses scale operations, enhance efficiency, and realize their CX strategies. You’ll figure out pathways into billion-dollar enterprises and globally recognized brands, driving measurable wins and helping clients achieve sustainable, post-sales growth. Role impact As one of the first hires in this high-impact unit, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a team that will be central to Planhat’s next phase of growth.
