Strategic Account Executive

We're building a new team to accelerate growth in the IT and Telco sectors. A segment where we're gaining momentum in helping businesses scale customer success, drive revenue, and optimize operations using Planhat. Most of our team have played a pivotal role scaling software startups from the ground up. We’re scrappy, resourceful, and unafraid to challenge industry giants. We thrive on experimentation and figuring things out as we go. Trajectory We like to think we’re creating one of the world’s most strategic and exciting business tools. Tens of thousands of users worldwide rely on Planhat daily to manage over 2.6 million customers. Planhat is already a trusted partner in the IT and Telco markets, helping businesses scale operations, enhance efficiency, and realize their CX strategies. You’ll figure out pathways into billion-dollar enterprises and globally recognized brands, driving measurable wins and helping clients achieve sustainable, post-sales growth. Role impact As one of the first hires in this high-impact unit, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a team that will be central to Planhat’s next phase of growth. You’ve got the intuition to understand these unique dynamics, build trust, and solve tough commercial challenges alongside global business leaders. Ruthless Focus : You don’t chase every shiny object.
