Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations

Capsys Advisors seeks a well-seasoned and highly skilled Revenue Cycle Operations Vice-President to help facilitate and partner with a co-managed client to create transformational change, while also overseeing day-to-day operations of a large scale ($1B+) revenue cycle. Role Description The Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations is a full-time, on-site role based primarily in Los Angeles, California, with extensive travel within the United States. Our ideal candidate will operate seamlessly at both strategic and operational levels, have a credible, consultative mindset. They will thrive in outcome driven, high accountability environments. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is excited to have a high visibility leadership role and a critical piece of a large scale revenue cycle transformation. This person will interface with executives, physician leaders, revenue cycle teams, as well as internal consulting and technology teams, sharing their deep knowledge and expertise. The person we are looking for has significant experience with EHR implementation. This role requires up to 70% travel in year 1, unless presently residing in the Los Angeles area, reducing to 30% travel in year 2. Minimum Qualifications 15 years + progressive leadership experience in hospital revenue cycle operations, revenue cycle consulting, and/or managed services/outsourcing environments 7+ years experience with Epic platforms (Resolute, Prelude, Cadence) Experience with Epic implementation Experience in developing and/or managing a Central Business Office (CBO) Demonstrated success in large, ($50M+) complex health system environments Previous experience with EHR implementation and large-scale transformations Deep expertise in end-to-end revenue cycle, including HIM, CDI, and Coding Strong financial acumen, including demonstrated margin improvement and cost optimization Bachelors Degree Required- Master's Degree Preferred, equivalent experience is accepted Our preferred candidate will provide executive leadership and operational readiness support for an Epic revenue cycle implementation scheduled to go live in 2027. They will define the operating model, staffing strategy both off and onshore, establish scalable processes, governance, and performance management infrastructure. This individual will lead day-to-day execution of managed services delivery model, including automation, continuous improvement initiatives. They will ensure service level agreements, financial targets, and client commitments are consistently met or exceeded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
