Adjunct Faculty

Position Description The University of South Carolina Lancaster, a regional campus of the University of South Carolina located approximately thirty‑five (35) miles south of Charlotte, NC, is accepting applications for adjunct faculty in the following disciplines: Astronomy Biology Computer Science Chemistry Exercise Science Geology Mathematics Physics Public Health Statistics Candidates may be asked to teach at an off‑campus site located in Indian Land. Other options include teaching dual‑credit courses, online courses, daytime or evening courses. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: a master’s degree with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline. Position Attributes Part/Full Time – Part Time. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department. Salary: $1,200 per credit hour.
