Description - Your Role

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests, from chemistry and hematology to advanced immunology, adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, identify discrepancies, and maintain lab instruments through regular calibration and preventative upkeep.
• Facilitate specimen collection and prepare samples when necessary to ensure seamless testing processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all laboratory procedures, support the onboarding of new staff members or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe laboratory environment while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
