Individual will facilitate the efficient operation of the office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reporting
- New employee set up in software systems
- Track commission and new accounts
- Assist with account and price changes
- Mail distribution
- Updating office SOPs
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proven experience in office administration, preferably in the propane or energy industry.
· Strong proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM
Starting pay: $18.00 per hour. Higher starting rates may be considered based on relevant experience, certifications, and qualifications.
