Account Director - SaaS -Event - Congress technology Platform - Life Sciences -

My client is looking for an Account Director role for an Event-Tech SaaS software platform solution for Life Sciences/Pharma industries.

Location : Remote USA / Europe.
My client give life sciences teams one solution to run their in-person and virtual meetings / Congresses./ Corporate Events, while capturing every interaction in their CRM. By making events easier to manage and measure, they help pharma / life sciences organisation (and other industries) create better experiences for healthcare professionals, at a lower cost. Their solution turns complex congress engagements, webinars, standalone meetings, advisory boards and field-led meetings into meaningful connections that drive results for commercial and medical teams
The Account Director role reports directly to the Head of Sales with the objective to driving revenue growth within existing and brand new customers.
As the account leader, you will be the primary point of contact for a number of key accounts within the USA OR European region.
- you will identify and close expansion, upgrade and renewal opportunities
- account retention and expansion plan execution
- building relationships with key account stakeholders (engaging with new users, fostering
- trust-based relationships with champions and above event stakeholders
We are looking ideally for someone with :
- BA/MBA from a leading University.
- Deep knowledge of Events/Services preferred.
- Expertise in Life Sciences/Pharma (a plus).
- Sales experience for more than 8 years in Events/Agency or CRM/Events SaaS software vendors.
- English and other language a plus.
