Job Description Senior Account Executive – New Logo Hunter | Remote We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global digital technology and engineering services company that has significantly expanded its global footprint and capabilities. The company helps organizations build, modernize and scale digital products and platforms across AI, Cloud, Data, Product Engineering, Software Development and Digital Transformation . With a global delivery organization spanning North America, Asia, Australia and the Middle East, they are positioned to support complex enterprise technology engagements. ? Compensation ? $180K + USD Base Salary ( negotiable) OTE double ? 6% commission on gross margin ? Strong performers can have an earnings opportunity approaching $400K+ ? The Opportunity This is a pure new-logo hunting role . We are looking for a proven technology-services sales professional who can independently identify, develop and close new business with U.S. mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle , from prospecting and opening doors through negotiation and closing complex technology services engagements. The ideal candidate has an established network of senior technology and business decision-makers and can leverage that network to create immediate new-business opportunities. ? Key Responsibilities ? Generate and close new-logo business ? Prospect into mid-market and enterprise organizations ? Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, VP Engineering, Product and other senior executives ? Sell complex technology services and engineering engagements ? Develop opportunities across software development, digital engineering, cloud, data, AI and digital transformation ? Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close ? Build and maintain a strong pipeline of self-generated opportunities ? Leverage global/offshore delivery capabilities to create compelling client solutions ? Develop long-term executive-level relationships with new clients ✅ What We're Looking For ? 7+ years of B2B technology sales experience ? Proven hunter / new-logo acquisition track record ? Experience selling IT services, software development, digital engineering, technology consulting or digital transformation ? Demonstrated ability to personally originate and close new business ? Strong existing U.S. client network ? Experience selling complex, consultative technology engagements ? Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations ? Comfortable selling to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and other senior decision-makers ? Experience with offshore / global delivery models is required ? Experience working with delivery teams in Asia or other global delivery centers is highly valuable ? Strong understanding of how to position offshore/global delivery around quality, speed, talent and cost ? Demonstrated quota achievement and measurable revenue generation ? This is NOT an Account Management Role We are specifically looking for someone who hunts and creates new business . Candidates whose experience is primarily account management, farming, customer success or managing inherited books of business will not be the right fit.
