Job Description Senior Account Executive (DSCR and Hard Money) About Trilith Funding Trilith Funding is a rapidly growing private lending platform focused on providing capital solutions to real estate investors nationwide. We specialize in financing non-owner occupied residential real estate investments, providing the following loan products: DSCR, fix-and-flip, bridge, ground-up construction, and multi-family. As our company continues to expand, we are looking to add experienced, motivated Senior Account Executives (also known as Loan Originators) to our growing sales team. Position Overview You will be responsible for originating and managing relationships with real estate investors seeking financing for their investment properties. The role is best suited for experienced Account Executives, Loan Originators, Loan Officers, and Mortgage Brokers producing at least $1m per month in origination volume. Key Responsibilities Originate new loan opportunities with real estate investors Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and referral partners Guide clients through the loan process from initial inquiry through closing Evaluate deal scenarios and help clients structure financing solutions Collaborate with internal processing team to ensure smooth closings Continuously grow your network within the real estate investment community Ideal Candidate At least 1-2 years of experience originating DSCR and/or hard money loans (fix and flip, ground-up construction, bridge, etc.) Consistently producing roughly $1m per month or more in loan origination volume Proven ability to generate and manage a sales pipeline Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment Compensation Flexible and uncapped commission structure Average per-loan commission is 1.50% to the Senior Account Executive Why Trilith?
