Legal Billing Specialist $50,000$60,000

Well-established law firm is seeking a Legal Billing Specialist to join its Accounting Department in Syracuse, Rochester, or Buffalo . This role will manage the full billing process, including preparing and reviewing prebills, submitting client invoices, monitoring outstanding billing, and resolving discrepancies with attorneys and clients.

The ideal candidate will have 23 years of billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment , strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex billing cycles. Aderant experience is preferred , along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a legal billing background who enjoys working collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and accounting professionals.

Salary: $50,000$60,000, negotiable based on experience.
