Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to better understand clients' mental health concerns, and create tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving meaningful therapeutic outcomes.

• Deliver effective individual therapy sessions using recognized therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to support clients' unique journeys toward wellness.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor their progress through regular check-ins and adjustments in approach as needed to align with their evolving needs.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients opting for virtual sessions, offering convenience and accessibility while maintaining high standards of care.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation that reflects client interactions and consultations, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory mandates.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients contending with a variety of mental health issues—including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license in the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
