Vice President of Customer Success

Driving the growth of health system client relationships, the full-time Vice President of Customer Success will manage post-implementation operations, foster multi-level partnerships, and contribute to the strategic vision for customer success in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary owner for a portfolio of live health system clients, building trusted relationships across various stakeholders Lead regular client touchpoints, defining success metrics and producing value reports aligned with client standards Mentor team members and refine repeatable Client Success processes to support long-term growth Required qualifications: 10+ years in Client Success, Account Management, Implementation, or Healthcare Operations, with at least 3 years managing enterprise healthcare accounts Proven track record of driving renewals, adoption, and expansion in a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment Deep familiarity with hospital revenue cycle and mid-cycle workflows Experience leading executive-level value conversations in complex stakeholder environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational insights and ROI narratives
