Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist

CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join an exciting organization in Queens, NY. This in-office role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong AP/AR experience and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central . Responsibilities Process vendor invoices, credit memos, and expense reports Prepare ACH, wire, and check payment runs Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Prepare and issue customer invoices Post and apply payments and reconcile customer accounts Monitor aging reports and support collections efforts Maintain vendor and customer records Assist with AP and AR subledger-to-GL reconciliations Support month-end close and audit preparation Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues Identify process improvements and automation opportunities Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for daily accounting functions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs preferred Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Salary: $65,000 - $72,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Career growth opportunities Collaborative and supportive team environment Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Location: In-person CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
