Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for individuals in a detox setting, determining their specific needs and treatment goals.

• Engage in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, including Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and educational resources to families, helping them understand their loved ones' recovery process.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to recommend interventions that align with the individual’s unique strengths and challenges.
\n
• Establish strong rapport with clients and families, creating a trusting environment conducive to healing and growth.
\n
• Utilize coaching techniques and natural learning approaches in improving children’s developmental skills when appropriate.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards during service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LCSW will involve working with a diverse client population, primarily focusing on adults experiencing substance use disorders. You will also provide support to families impacted by these issues, guiding them through complex emotional and logistical challenges. Your work will significantly influence client outcomes, assisting them in building healthy coping strategies, developing life skills, and gaining access to necessary resources for a successful recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
