Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions utilizing telehealth platforms, addressing a wide array of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Utilize comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate each client's needs, crafting in-depth treatment plans rooted in their unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement intervention strategies in collaboration with educators, parents, and external healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, employing suicide assessments and facilitating hospitalizations when necessary to guarantee client safety.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, consistent with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to confidentiality policies.

• Participate actively in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities to further professional growth and improve service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
