Job Summary Our Registered Nurse (RN) role is a critical part of our care team, responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. As a RN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor resident progress. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans for residents with diverse needs and chronic conditions Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and according to established protocols Monitor resident progress, identify potential complications, and take corrective action as needed Develop and implement individualized care plans, including setting goals and objectives, and documenting progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure understanding of care plans and resident needs Monitor and update electronic medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness About the Role As a Registered Nurse at Uniontown Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values teamwork, compassion, and excellence in care.
