The Foreclosure Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:

• Perform administrative tasks to support the day-to-day processing of foreclosures.
• Gather and review information related to foreclosure documentation.
• Reviews real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.
• Search and review bankruptcy matters in accordance with written procedures.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.
• Communicate with owners, vendors, and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Coordinate and process all related mailings.
• Input and update data across spreadsheets and other software programs to track all foreclosure activity.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of directly related real estate office experience; prefer foreclosure experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented, resourceful mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

Pay Rate: $19.93 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
