HR Specialist

Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between the payroll provider and employees. Oversee the entire employment lifecycle from preboarding to offboarding. Prepare payroll inputs and conduct preliminary payroll calculations. Monitor and assist with accurate timesheet completion and resolving working time issues, especially at the end of settlement periods. Ensure employee compliance with labour law and internal policies and provide support to managers and employees on labour law and workplace-related inquiries. Manage contracts, document updates, and data changes in the HR system. Oversee administration of employee benefits. Manage HR documentation and administrative workflows. Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records within the HR system. Support documentation processes and inquiries for non-EU employees. Guide managers and employees on contract extensions, terminations, and related documentation. Handle queries regarding employee documentation and leave policies. Prepare monthly HR reports for management review. Requirements Understanding of employment regulations and company policies. Polish C1+ level, English B2+ level, 2 – 3 years of experience in HR Administration or/and payroll. Documented labour law course or equivalent experience MS office proficient Proficiency in HRIS/HRM systems and managing employee database Knowledge of onboarding and offboarding best practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
