Position Overview Senior Finance Manager – SPY‑6 Hardware Production and Sustainment (HP&S) contract, Naval Radars subprogram, Naval Systems and Sustainment Product Area, Naval Power. The program is a DFARs Earned Value reportable program with expected 2027 AOP of $0.7B and LRP of $4B, operating through 2030 and beyond. This role is designated as hybrid; the employee must work onsite at Tucson, AZ, Andover, MA, or Tewksbury, MA. What You Will Do Develop and present monthly forecasts, AOP and LRP to leadership. Review and manage program EACs, EVMS and monthly program status. Support program area reviews, proposals, strategy updates and ad‑hoc analysis and cost modeling. Lead a team of five finance professionals in integrated baseline reviews, government joint surveillance reviews and customer deliverables. Collaborate cross‑functionally with program directors, managers and senior leaders across the United States and present findings to NSS, NP and RTX leadership as needed. Qualifications – Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 10years of relevant experience. Advanced degree in a related field, with at least 7years of experience. Proven experience presenting data to senior leaders. Experience managing cross‑functionally with program controls and financial planning & analysis (FP&A). U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens may access program information. Preferred Qualifications Active Secret clearance. Experience with complex proposals and cost modeling. Proficiency in APEX, Rplan, PRISM tools. Leadership experience managing finance teams.
