Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibility will involve conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients. You will:

• Assess and diagnose a variety of mental health issues affecting families, including but not limited to, alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, allowing for holistic improvement in client well-being.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples while also providing individual therapy, ensuring comprehensive support is given to all family members.

• Utilize digital tools for telehealth sessions, maintaining accurate records and documenting progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and team meetings, contributing to case discussions and sharing insights for continuous improvement in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient demographic, including adults and adolescents grappling with issues such as grief, loss, adjustment to separation or divorce, and the complexities that arise in blended families. Clients will rely on your expertise to navigate interpersonal challenges, restore communication, and cultivate healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
