Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying strengths and areas requiring support.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique issues.

• Implement various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to enhance emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals in collaboration with clients and their support systems.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, creating opportunities for shared healing and community building among clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessments as necessary to safeguard client well-being.
