Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific and measurable goals to track client progress.

• Engage in collaborative care planning with the treatment team to ensure a cohesive approach to client well-being.

• Facilitate group therapy, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, enhancing the therapeutic experience.

• Undertake crisis intervention and risk assessments as required, ensuring client safety and immediate support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
