What You'll Do : Support and drive continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing and operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and track measurable results. Support and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals. Identify process inefficiencies through data analysis, observation, and team feedback. Participate in and help facilitate Kaizen events, problem-solving sessions, and improvement workshops. Assist in developing, documenting, and standardizing processes and work instructions. Collect, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs). Support root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, FMEA, and Pareto analysis. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and CI tools including 5S, value stream mapping, and visual management. Train and support employees on continuous improvement tools and best practices. Track improvement actions and ensure follow-through and sustainability. Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, maintenance, and service teams. Support audits, assessments, and continuous improvement evaluations. Promote employee engagement and a culture of continuous improvement. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Education: High School Diploma or Associate degree required (technical, engineering, or business preferred). 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, or continuous improvement. Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collect and interpret data to drive decisions. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without direct authority. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field is a plus. Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification is a plus. Experience facilitating Kaizen or improvement events is a plus. Familiarity with manufacturing systems, ERP/MES, or KPI dashboards is a plus.
