Party Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY The Party Coordinator is responsible for selling fun! The ideal team member will serve as the first point of contact for guests and design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, and other group events. YOU WILL BE GREAT IF… You love working in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted family entertainment scene. You are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You love talking to and selling value‑add to customers. You respond to all leads in a timely fashion – same to next business day. You haven't met a goal you can't beat. You like booking sales three (3) months in advance. You excel at ensuring the customer experience is excellent. You have the ability and willingness to resolve conflict quickly and fairly.
