Positions: Relief Bookkeeper

Locations: Business Office

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree Preferred
• Must have good computer skills
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Must be detailed oriented and organized
• Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

Duties:

• Review requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
• Process and approve requisitions per District Policy and New Jersey State guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve purchasing issues.
• Maintain vendor, contract, and bid files electronically.
• Assist with bid distribution; attend bid openings, and record bid results.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.

Program Duration: 20262027 School Year, Full Time Hours: 8:30 am 4:30 p.m.

Salary: Per Secretarial Bargaining agreement
