Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify co-occurring disorders and individual treatment needs, ensuring tailored care delivery.

• Maintain open communication with clients about their therapy progress and collaboratively refine treatment strategies, fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance.

• Engage in collaborative case reviews with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction counselors to provide holistic care to clients.

• Educate clients and their families on essential principles of mental health, addiction recovery practices, and available community resources.

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards by maintaining accurate, confidential client records and documentation of therapeutic interventions.
