About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong sense of integrity, excellent attention to detail, and a flexible, solutions-focused mindset. In this key role, you’ll ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our day-to-day financial operations while collaborating closely with our finance and operations teams. Your contribution will be vital to maintaining the financial health and compliance of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Process high volumes of vendor invoices and accounting transactions.
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online (required).
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations.
- Perform debtor and creditor reconciliations.
- Reconcile corporate credit card accounts.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences.
- Maintain organized supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end close and other accounting functions.
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience.
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with high-volume transaction processing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
$25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
