Our working hours are designed to accommodate clients effectively, with operational hours from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Implementing customized treatment strategies focusing on trauma recovery and building resilience in clients.
\n
• Employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing trauma and developing effective coping skills.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to enhance their healing journeys.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal standards and best practice guidelines.

• Participating in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance trauma-informed care strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
