As a Senior Contracts and Legal Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the legal contracting processes during U.S. West Coast hours. This role involves triaging incoming requests, negotiating various commercial agreements, and coordinating with attorneys on complex legal matters. You will play a crucial role in enhancing contracting workflows through AI tools and developing self-service documentation for cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent coverage of Legal's contracting queues.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs and MSAs.
- Support periods of increased volume, particularly at month-end and quarter-end.
- Develop and improve contracting processes, templates, and documentation.
- Drive adoption of contracting processes across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial contracts or legal operations.
- Strong project management skills and issue-spotting judgement.
- Experience with legal technology tools like Ironclad and Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in SaaS commercial contracting is preferred.
