Automotive Service Advisor - Sales Focused - Miami, FL$75,000+ Per Year | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

Prestige Auto Tech is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to SELL and CLOSE.

We are looking for someone who can build trust with customers, explain repair recommendations clearly, handle objections, and turn estimates into approved work.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong automotive sales and closing skills
• Comfortable presenting high-dollar repair estimates
• Excellent customer communication
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills
• Automotive repair knowledge
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
• European and luxury vehicle experience is a plus
• Tekmetric experience is a plus

What You'll Do

• Review technician findings and DVIs
• Present repair and maintenance estimates
• Explain the value of recommended repairs
• Close sales and obtain customer authorization
• Follow up on declined work
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair
• Work with technicians to keep the shop productive
• Build long-term customer relationships

Pay and Benefits

$75,000+ per year

Monday-Friday | NO WEEKENDS
