Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to accurately identify mental health conditions and personal needs, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing electronic medical records (EMRs) for efficient case management.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, exchanging insights and strategies to enhance client services.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to remain current in the evolving field of mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
