Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse caseload, developing trusting therapeutic relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss treatment plans, stability, and prepare for timely discharges when appropriate.
\n
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with client goals and therapeutic needs.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes, treatment updates, and intake assessments in accordance with organizational protocols.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to discuss client cases and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• An unrestricted, independent, and active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, dependent on experience, along with a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment rates ahead of collection, reducing financial delays. Additional benefits include:
