Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving school-aged students in a supportive educational setting near Dearborn, MI. This is a contract opportunity for two professionals passionate about fostering communication skills and student success throughout the 2026-2027 school year, working onsite with a manageable caseload.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current Michigan SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
• Skilled in conducting speech and language evaluations
• Proficient in developing and implementing IEP goals
• Collaborative mindset for teaming with educators, families, and other support staff
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Your Day-to-Day:

• Deliver therapy services to a caseload consistently kept well below the state maximum (60 students)
• Conduct assessments and participate in student eligibility determinations
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for speech and language services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student communication goals
• Maintain up-to-date records and provide progress updates as required
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional insights
