Desired Qualifications:

• Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license with CCCs required
• Prior experience in a K-12 school setting highly preferred
• Strong understanding of special education regulations and IEP documentation
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to a manageable, student-focused caseload
• Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Write and implement legally compliant IEPs with clear, measurable goals
• Collaborate with school staff and families for student success
• Maintain thorough, timely records in accordance with state and district guidelines
