Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position spans the full academic year, working onsite with a collaborative school-based team. You’ll play a vital role in helping students improve their communication skills and reach their learning goals in a supportive environment with manageable caseloads.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Michigan SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong abilities in conducting speech/language evaluations and implementing IEPs
• Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork with educators, families, and students
• Organization and time management skills to efficiently serve a diverse group of learners

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Administer evaluations and interpret assessment results
• Develop, implement, and track student progress on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district policies
