Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on skill development, emotional regulation, and coping strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring immediate support and safety while developing long-term coping mechanisms.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and relevant assessments while adhering to ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and families regarding mental health conditions, available resources, and treatment options while advocating for clients' rights and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will engage with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. You will work with clients facing varying challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and relationship issues. Understanding the cultural contexts and unique backgrounds of each client is vital to providing effective and empathetic care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
