Work Environment

This role requires a hands-on approach to patient care, as you will be delivering treatments directly in clients' homes. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while ensuring our clients receive consistent and timely therapeutic services. As a member of our team, you'll collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and occupational therapists, to provide a complete network of support for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Spin Physical Therapy, your daily duties will comprise:

• Administering direct patient care in compliance with the prescriptions from referring physicians or authorized practitioners.
• Conducting thorough evaluations using efficient and evidence-based techniques to assess each patient's needs and limitations.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with established rehabilitation goals, which involve exercises targeted to strengthen, rehabilitate, and increase mobility.
• Monitoring patient progress and making necessary modifications to treatment plans based on real-time observations and assessments.
• Collaborating with patients and their families to provide education on treatment procedures, exercises, and potential lifestyle modifications that can assist in recovery.
• Completing required documentation and adhering to departmental policies and procedures to maintain accurate records of patient care.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to elevate standards of care and improve outcomes within the practice.
• Engaging in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and strategize care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position involves working with diverse patient populations, including those recovering from surgery, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and geriatric patients requiring rehabilitation support. Qualifications

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in physical therapy, preferably in a home care setting.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
