Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite, allowing you to engage directly with patients in their home environments. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients upon initial assessment to determine their physical capabilities and design personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques including exercise regimens, stretching maneuvers, hands-on manual therapy, and adaptive equipment to facilitate movement and pain relief.
• Conduct regular progress evaluations and modify treatment goals and plans as necessary, keeping accurate records of each patient's treatments, responses, and advancements in their recovery.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the appropriate use of therapeutic devices and the skills necessary to support ongoing recovery and improved daily function.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuous education, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals recovering from injuries, medical conditions, or surgical procedures. You will work with a diverse demographic, including children requiring rehabilitation and elderly patients needing support to maintain their daily activities. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory; a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills to manage and document patient records is required.
• You need to hold a current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits
