Executive AssistantProvides support to designated Executive Team members and assists with coverage in the administrative suite. Responsible for managing executive calendars; updating policies; coordinating travel arrangements; and preparing meeting minutes.Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay periodTypical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30pEducation:-High School diploma or equivalent required-Bachelor's degree preferred.Certification & Licensures:N/AExperience:Three (3) to five (5) years of executive assistant experience required to perform the essential responsibilities of the job.
