As we continue to expand our Neurology Franchise, we are adding Territory Business Manager (TBM) roles to provide focused commercial support for upcoming launches and indication expansion.As part of that team, the Territory Business Manager (TBM) for the Neurology Franchise will work alongside our established Neurology TBM team, bringing additional focus and capacity to support successful launches and drive demand generation through a focused approach on healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers. The TBM will partner closely with local TBMs to align customer strategy, coordinate engagement, and determine how the team can most effectively serve customers and patients.Through exemplary collaboration with internal and field-based partners and a patient-first mindset, the TBM will help deliver on launch and sales objectives within their assigned geography. Success in this role will require exceptional collaboration, adaptability, and a team-first mindset. TBMs will report to the Business Leader.Candidates must live in the Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie, PA area.Roles and Responsibilities:Regular travel throughout assigned geography, which may require overnight stays, and occasionally beyondTerritory planning and development of local market strategy, aligned with launch prioritiesCollaborate closely with local TBMs, regional colleagues, and cross-functional team members to align customer strategy and coordinate engagementCommunicate and engage with assigned HCPs and affiliated staffConsistently meet and exceed sales and launch objectivesEffective utilization of market tools and resourcesTimely submission of account plans and activity including CRMAdhere to all argenx compliance policies, guidelines and approved sales messagesSkills and Competencies:Demonstrated ability to sell collaboratively and succeed within a highly coordinated team environmentHigh level of clinical, product, and business acumenProblem solvingWorking effectively togetherResults OrientedCapable in a virtual sales environmentAbility to translate data and customer insights into actionDemonstrates ownership and accountabilityPassionate about serving patientsUnderstanding of market access dynamics, emphasis on specialty pharmacy and buy & bill accountsEducation, Experience and Qualifications:B.S. or B.A. degree required5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience, neurology strongly preferredLocal market knowledge preferredProven track record of consistent high sales performanceAdept at planning, organizing, and executing sales strategyDemonstrate ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and field-based partnersAbility to adapt to an ever-changing environmentExperienced in product launchesAlign with cultural pillars of the organization: co-creation, humility, excellence, empowerment and innovationCandidates must live in Territory#LI-Remote‎ For applicants in the United States: The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $140,000.00 - $192,500.00 USD. This range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined using objective, inclusive, and job-related criteria such as relevant experience, skills, demonstrated competencies and internal equity. This means actual pay may differ from the posted range when justified by these factors. Because market conditions evolve, pay ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted to remain aligned with external benchmarks.This job is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentive programs, subject to the terms and conditions of those plans and applicable policies.
