Neurology Territory Business Manager (Overlay), Philadelphia

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology Franchise in the Philadelphia/Pittsburgh/Erie area. The role involves territory planning, customer engagement with healthcare professionals and specialty pharmacies, and driving launch and sales objectives through collaborative teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular territory travel and develop localized market strategy aligned with launch priorities
- Collaborate with regional TBMs and cross-functional teams to coordinate customer engagement and strategy
- Engage with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and launch objectives
- Maintain CRM systems and submit timely account plans and activity reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Neurology sales background strongly preferred
- Proven track record of high sales performance
- Experience executing product launches
- Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and buy & bill account dynamics
- Must reside in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or Erie, PA area
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
