Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Pittsburgh, PA

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation and patient access in rheumatology across Pittsburgh and Erie markets. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers while executing territory strategies and achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging market insights
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and timely

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience
• Significant demonstrated rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
• Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
• Strong clinical, product, and market access acumen
• Bachelor's degree required
• Residency within assigned Pittsburgh/Erie territory required

Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 USD annual base salary
