For more information, visit us at Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist – Los Angeles, CA (On‑Site) Location: Los Angeles, CA (In‑office, Monday‑Friday) Employment Type: Full‑Time Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong accounting fundamentals, data analysis skills, and experience with QuickBooks and Excel. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, and adjustments Maintain accurate records for in‑transit inventory, expense reimbursements, and real estate accounting Review and analyze financial data and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance Support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues efficiently Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations Perform additional accounting analysis and reporting duties as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or financial analysis Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas preferred) Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Compensation Salary: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
