This position offers the flexibility and convenience of 100% remote work, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home in Sacramento, California, or anywhere within the state. You will enjoy a supportive work environment, where operational and administrative tasks are managed by dedicated teams, enabling you to focus entirely on delivering exceptional care. Your work schedule can be tailored to your lifestyle, as you can create your own timetable from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, with no on-call obligations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video counseling sessions with individual adults, employing evidence-based care techniques to address client concerns.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to provide a holistic approach to patient treatment and care.
\n
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and progress measures to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
\n
• Participate in weekly live consultation sessions for ongoing professional development, support, and guidance from clinical leadership.
\n
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient interactions and care plans using our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system integrated with treatment software.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients facing a spectrum of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your ability to build rapport and trust will enable clients to share their experiences openly and work collaboratively towards their treatment goals. You will also address the needs of those who are at greater risk, ensuring all clients feel understood, respected, and supported in a culturally responsive manner.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution is required.

• At least one year of independent licensure as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and commitment to delivering culturally sensitive care.

• Strong technological skills and an eagerness to integrate digital solutions into your clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.

• Experience working with higher-risk populations, specifically adults facing various mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, plus potential bonuses.
