Employment: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Days or Nights | Three 12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Weekends
Base Compensation: $32.00–$48.00 per hour, based on experience
Openings: 4 HireNow Staffing is recruiting Registered Nurses for four Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit opportunities in Ocala. These positions welcome nurses with at least two years of PCU RN experience who bring strong assessment skills, sound clinical judgment, and effective teamwork to complex patient care. • Day and night schedules
• Two or more years of PCU RN experience required
• BSN, ACLS, and BLS required
• Additional $4.25 per hour for nights
• $10,000 sign-on incentive listed through September 25, subject to eligibility

HireNow Package Base Hourly Compensation

• Starting rate: $32.00 per hour
• Ten years of experience: $40.00 per hour
• Seventeen or more years: $48.00 per hour

Final compensation will be determined by the employer's experience scale and assessment of qualifications. Shift Differential

• Nights: Additional $4.25 per hour

Sign-On and Relocation

• $10,000 sign-on bonus listed through September 25 , subject to eligibility and employer terms
• Relocation assistance considered on a case-by-case basis

Schedule and Location

• Full-time in Ocala, Florida
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Days: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Nights: 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Rotating weekends required

Role Overview Anticipated responsibilities include:

• Assess and monitor patients receiving cardiovascular intensive care.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and promptly communicate significant findings.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with providers and other clinical professionals to coordinate care.
• Support timely responses to patient deterioration and clinical emergencies.
• Educate patients and families about treatment, recovery, and care transitions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow patient-safety procedures.

Specific patient populations, clinical assignments, and orientation expectations will be confirmed during the interview process. Required Qualifications

• At least two years of PCU RN experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license or an applicable multistate compact RN license authorizing practice in Florida
• No current or previous disciplinary action against any nursing license
• Availability for three 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends
• Eligibility under the employer's application-history restriction

All RN licenses must be verified through Nursys for current and previous disciplinary actions. Under the employer's submission criteria, candidates with any nursing-license disciplinary history cannot be submitted. Application-history restriction: Candidates must not have an active application in the hiring organization's same division within the previous six months.
